I'm also trying to get back to doing what I know I should do. I think that having the farmers market have fresh local veggies will help me a lot. And I must drink lots of water. Your salad has inspired me to go wash the 3 different kinds of lettuce I bought yesterday at the farmers market. When I do what I should, I wash and tear it all, wrap it in a dish towel and put it in the fridge. Maybe even put together salads in a few containers to take to work (so I can grab and go in the morning) - add feta and maybe sunflower seeds or sliced almonds, perhaps a few craisins. Enjoy the BBQ and realize that you're already on the right path again (even if you had a bit of BBQ, it'll be all right).

Hey...so glad you are back. Take your mind off the "bad" stuff, we still love you no matter what...keep focused on the good & take your mind off the bad by singing me a song for my BD! PS...missed ya!
