Well I didn't check- in yesterday I had a pretty busy day and I went over my carb intake to, but after working in the garden in the hot sun and taking our dog for an hour and a half walk my husband wanted to treat me and diamond with a sundae. Who could resist that LOL. This Summer is going to be hard, because the past summers we got so used to going for ice cream after doing yard work on the weekend.

Well I'll have to see if there's any change in my weight this week, if I gained weight than I'll have to stop going for ice cream.

Well just completed my meal plan for today and I'm still over my carb intake. Maybe I should change my carb intake to 40 grams a day instead of 20 grams that way I should be able to stay pretty close to that and not get so upset at myself for going over. It's been raining all day here and I don't think I'll be getting in my walk today unless it stops. I have to work a double from 5pm - 7am, so I might try to get in an hour on my elliptical tonight while my son is sleeping it depends on how I feel later.

Helpful tip I see the bbq sauce has 17 carbs Kraft makes a light version of bbq sauce it is sometimes a bit difficult to find but I use it all the time I usually can find it at super Wal-Mart! :-) I Hope it helps I think it has 5 carbs but still a tangy light favor! :-)

Usually I don't use Barbecue sauce, but my husband just bought a smoker and he's been playing with all different sauces to find the best taste for his ribs and brisket men and their toys. Lol. Thanks for the tip though maybe after a while I can get him to try the Kraft flavor .

Well my husband and I did take diamond out for a 4 mile walk today, so I won't have to do my elliptical tonight that's the good news, the bad news is that my sons daytime nurse just hurt her ankle which mean my double shift just turned into a triple shift from 5pm tonight - 5 pm tomorrow it's gonna be a long night and day.
