This weight loss is in response to a knee injury I suffered on Friday morning. Have been immobile since unless I use crutches and even that is very difficult. Both of my knees have issues and using crutches puts too much pressure on the "better" knee. So now they both hurt and waiting for the second knee to totally give out also.
My hubby had to get me what I needed for the last three days. Therefore food was not what he put any importance on. I was lucky to be handed anything to eat the last few days. Today I am on my own while he is at work. Trying not to overdo anything. So therefore the trips to the kitchen will be few and far between as well.
