It happens. But, you know what? I think I'd give myself permission to eat a small piece of chocolate anytime a 6-point-whatever earthquake hits the place I'm living! As long as it doesn't trigger anything else (food-wise, not aftershock-wise), you're home free. 

Squiggs, you are doing fabulous considering the circumstances. Glad that your sense of humor survived intact! Take care of yourself, buddy!!! 

We are hear to help with what ever we can. Just post us. We all have those triggers, but we just pull ourselves back together with the help of all our friends. Hopefully, these after shocks will end soon for you and everyone else involved. About that sence of humor, you keep it up because we all need to hear it.:):)
