so I weighed in on Saturday and I lost some weight! Woohoo! I think I weighed in at 223.4, but I have to double check so I haven't recorded it yet. I must say I surprised myself and stayed within points even though my family came into town. I still had three weekly points left!

Today started off the new week and the Fall Into Fitness Challenge and I had a zero point day and cleaned my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom floors by hand to get my thirty minutes in. My back and knees hurt a bit from being on the hard floors for so long, but I am sure sleep will take that away. I plan to go to the gym for the rest of my twenty minute workouts this week. I am pretty excited about it. Since I weighed in around 223 this week, I have set my goal to lose an average of two pounds per week until my husband gets home. I want to be able to get on the scale and show him that I am under 200 pounds! I am so excited and completely fought the temptations this past week. I am back on track and dove in head first into this plan. Hopefully I can continue on just as strong. Well I am off to bed for the night. Hope everyone had a safe holiday weekend and has a good point week this week. Good luck with all the weigh-ins! :)
