Well creatures,

I've decided that one day a week shall be a cheat day...we will see how that goes. I went today from 1200 cals to 2800 cals but meh according to the cals burned thing on here I still managed to burn more cals than I took in by merely breathing and not dying...so yeah...should be interesting...

I usually stick to Sundays for my cheat days, though I fall off track quite often! I always wonder if that whole calories burned thing is accurate. If that were the case, and the whole general rule of "3500 calorie deficit = 1 lb loss" I should be losing like 4 pounds a week even when I cheat! *sigh* Alas, that's not the case.

It's a guideline, like anything else. Everyone's metabolism is a little bit differnt. You have to go by what works for you. For me the FS numebrs seem spot on ut for others that does not seem to be the case. You know what eatign healthy and and what moving is healthy for yiou. So long as you follow your own plan reasonably well you should see results , at the scale or in inches or both. Besides if the numbers were perfect we would not have stalls/plateaus....
