I hurt my back on Sunday and for the last couple days I haven't felt so good. I'm eating well but I still feel bloated and blah. Probably just the pain, and stress of a busy week and upcoming courtroom drama with the EX, and I'm trying to shake it. Yesterday I drank 6 bottles of water at work but only went to the bathroom twice. I heard when your muscles are healing you retain water, which was confirmed today when I got on the scale and had gained 5 lbs! Since Saturday! I know it was nothing I did wrong and I'm feeling better today so hopefully by the next weigh-in it'll be gone!

I've lost over 30 lbs and since I'm big I don't think it's as noticable to other people as it is to me. My clothes are falling off of me but not many have noticed, and if they did they didn't say anything. But today my coworker hugged me and told me "You've lost so much weight...I'm so proud of you!". Even though I know I'm losing weight and I am feeling better about myself, it's good to hear the compliments from other people (I admit...I love the attention).
