I might actually be starting to enjoy working out. *gasp*

Want to know how many times the words 'enjoy' and 'working out' have come out of my mouth in one sentence before now? Approximately... zero.

I'm sore, my legs hurt, my arms are tender, and I can't wait to work out again. Maybe I've gone crazy?

I'm starting interval training on the treadmill tomorrow. I no longer get winded when I brisk walk, so now I'm going to start running. Time to start prepping for that 5k in August! I can't run long, last night I only got through 2 intervals of 2 minutes each before I had to give up. But it's a start.

No, that actually happens to a lot of people. I still have my days, but once it becomes a habit, you actually feel awful if you don't work out. I'm getting ready to go workout now. Have a good day!

I'm SOOOO happy to hear that you're enjoying working out!! I agree, during grade school I HATED gym class, and running, and working out at the gym, but now that I've done things like P90X and I'm doing Insanity, I look forward to working out! And what Suzi says is true. When I don't work out, I feel awful the next day, and I feel awful during my next workout. Let those endorphins flow girl and keep sweating!
