I didn't log over the weekend, exercised, probably didn't get in as much water as I should have, didn't really eat any vegetable other than a french fry, ate really terribly yesterday, and am restarting again today. How many restarts do we get?
I didn't exercise yesterday, rest day, but omg my muscles and joints were killing me. A little better today. I did some extra exercise videos with the days off and spring cleaned my house. . . I'm getting ready to have a garage sale, crazy me, but I have tons of stuf my kids have outgrown.
