I sure wish I could redo this weekend. I didn't do so swell. I hardly ate on Saturday, I just didn't feel good, and yesterday was just a bad day. I went to Red Lobster and got grilled lobster, and shrimp, rice, broccoli, salad, and i couldn't resist those biscuits. I drank lots of water though. But when I weighed this morning at home, I was up 2.8lbs!!! How scary is that. So I'm definalty not going to weigh in this afternoon. Gosh, I just might want to skip this whole weeks weigh ins. It feels good being able to get this off my chest. I dont talk to anyone about my bad choices except you guys, so thanks for listening.

I am going to Olive Garden tonight. Not a good restaurant choice, but hey what can I do. I am going to have their soup and then a salad with chicken and low fat dressing. Now if I could just get my friends to stop offering me their food............I was tempted to skip weigh in this morning as well. But then I thought hey, this is reality and they may as well see it. Last week I did Chick Fil A for lunch and several lean cuisines. I think the sodium in restaurant dishes is just absolutely atrocious. I will drink water (not even diet soda) with my meal tonight. You are doing well. Please don't beat yourself up.

I had a (virgin) bloody mary this weekend. I wanted to kind of fit in with the group I was with, on our way to the football game. I'm guessing there was a bunch of salty something in there. I downed water the rest of the day. I also had a little chex mix. YUM! I know I'm at a plateau right now, and shouldn't have pushed it at all, but I was so pissed. I know how Annie feels now. Following the plan completely all the week before, and not losing any weight. I rebelled, and enjoyed myself. I just weighed myself this morning, and I'm at where I was before the weekend, so I don't know if I gained, and then relost, or if I just stayed the same. I'm going to try another take off. Maybe with canteloupe this time... Drink a bunch of water, and fit in a little extra workout time.. You'll be fine.

I know what you mean Brandi. I didn't get in all of my foods either this weekend and I had three beers on Saturday. My husband and I went to the Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday, a very hard place to eat healthy. So my weigh in on Friday prob isn't going to be good. You are doing great, look at your chart, keep up the motivation.
