Well it’s back to work day. I guess morning journaling may no longer be possible. I was doing so well this morning. Coffee and my juice smoothly for breakfast. Fruit for lunch then I went to Costco after work to pick up frozen fruit for next weeks smoothly (breakfast) and frozen veggies for some soup I’m trying to make... and there it was the middle isle of goodies. I walked around it then decided I haven’t eaten anything all day. I can try a healthy snack. So now I walked into the danger zone. I picked up the pistachios; then saw the sun chips on sale. Hmmm I want salty .. it’s on sale my brain said and I bought it and the pistachios. In less than an hour I had eaten 3 bags felt guilt that I hadn’t eaten healthy and then ate some pistachios. I wasn’t even that hungry. Ugh... why why why do I do this?!?!?

I asked myself that same question today. I ate over 1000 calories worth of nuts. I logged it and went on.

Don’t feel bad. Went over by 1000 calories yesterday. Sometimes the best intentions fly out the window and we go on auto pilot. Just log and never give up.

I love that everyone can just support! No judgement! Yep! For sure! Just move on... it’s one day at a time and a fresh start every day! 👍🏻☺️

Log it and reduce your calories later in the day or the next day and you will be fine.
