we support you 💯. we all need to get healthy and fit not only for those that really care for us but for ourselves first. I have a very close family member that sounds envious whenever I say I am losing any pounds. I pray for her heart to be soften, envy is ugly. but I will continue to lose with God's help always,He gives us the strength if we choose to use it. God bless you and stay firm and you'll be successful.

Very good Gomonie, I think you're pretty amazing to start out where you did and get to where you are now. That's great. There are several of us on here that are pretty much parallel to you. We try and encourage each other and always support each other. Beware of haters. They are evil and they say mean things. Let it roll off your back if they write mean things to you. They're like trolls that go on other people's post and say mean things. Stay positive, and happy.💟🌞
