Today is day 2 of no gym. Yesterday I was busy and today I'm sick. I rarely get sick and it's just a cold. Got some Nyquil and puffs with lotion. I took some last night and definitely could go to work today but I haven't used a sick day since I don't know when - definitely over a year ago -so why push it. 😉 Yay for sick days. Nyquil works for me like nothing I've ever known. It's amazing! ❤️

Oh no. Just a cold but I tell you, a cold knocked me out a few weeks ago. Rest is the wisest thing to do. I’m sure you’ll recuperate quickly cause you’re healthy and fit! Mine was awful but likely the shortest lived sickness I’ve had in years. Get better DP ❤️❤️🌹🌹

2 reasons- I think I am too sick to go (maybe) and secondly- now that I have called in- I have kinda limited myself to being housebound. I can't be getting caught driving around town or seen going into PF. Plus I am a terrible liar and if I was asked would have to tell the truth. Ha. And 3rd reason-if I can add one- Leg day...
