Another plateau. My calorie count is steady. Well, it's getting warm soon here in Mississippi so I guess that's when I can kiss this last 6 lbs. goodbye!

The light post remake was so impressive and useful 👍And I would use the Mardi Gras beads to decorate some branches in a vase to create a colorful piece of artwork to enjoy as a souvenir of your fun time !!! Thanks guys for the encouragement! The plateau is going to take time to break! It's tough being in deficit for more than a week once you lose it all! My body is exhausted! I do yardwork so it should fall off then! For now, I may step back into a maintenance meal plan because being in deficit like I said, when there isn't much there, is unnerving. Have a good night!
