I was really stressed this week. I have a lot of projects, tests, and presentations coming up. I had a more difficult time remembering to write things down. But, with that, a .2 gain is nothing too damaging. I think part of that is eating Mexican food the night before. All that salt! Something about Fridays and Mexcian food for me. But, I'm going to put forth more effort this coming week. I really need to start drinking more water. I take in so much freaking caffiene and get so worn down. Baby steps.....

What can you eat for Mexican. I was thinking about that earlier cuz I love mexican and I thought Oh no, all those points. I also said today here to more water. Just focus on one change at a time. Baby Steps.:)

Aw, it's so hard during stressful times... but hey, you didn't do badly there. I'd probably have gone on a choc-a-holic munchies session and done major damage! I was reading about water today on Dotti's WW site... very interesting. Just being a little dehydrated can make us retain water - I didn't know that, so definitely need to drink more liquid too. Just remember baby steps lead to big steps... so keep it going. The best of luck with all your forthcoming projects and have a great week. :o)
