Oh gosh....lunch was a disaster...need to journal about it. I havent felt this full in a long loooong time. There's no more room in my stomach. (But it was so good...)

Holding myself accountable so here's the damage:

Natrol Omega 3-6-9 complex (2 softgels) - 30 calories
Fage plain greek yogurt (6 ounces) - 100 calories
Dymatize Nutrition ISO-100 Hydrolized 100% Whey Protein Isolate (28 grams) - 106 calories
Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts (3 plain breasts) - 660 calories
Sabra Spinach Artichoke Hummus (10 ounces) - 700 calories
100% pure lemon juice (2 ounces) - 0 calories
Water (72 ounces so far) - 0 calories

Total - 1596 calories

I couldnt stop eating the hummus. My spoon kept digging in! I also normally eat 2 chicken breasts but i ate 3 instead. Since i consumed more than my allotted 1200 calories, i cant eat any of my veggies which are an additional 250 calories. Thank goodness I drink a lot of water bc this train could have derailed on other things otherwise. So that's a positive thing lol!

This "stomach full" feeling brings back bad memories of bad behavior SO...Water will be my best friend for the rest of the day.

Those must be small chicken breasts to eat three at one meal, wow. I know what you mean about hummus ... it's like peanut butter.. concentrated but deadly calorically. If I were trying to PUT on weight but had no appetite it would definitely be a go-to food. I like the Fage yogurt but finally said NO to it ~ too darn $$ and the only reason I went to it was less sugar.

They are actually really big and juicy chicken breasts! Like 8 ounces! Very yummy! :D :D :D

I'm sitting here wondering why I haven't had chicken breast in so long... guess it's because I've been going through a 'fish' phase.
