So not been following this for a couple wks !! Off work currently with leg injury and well.... put couple lb’s on been backed up thanks to pain killers !! Creeped up to 9st 😩... anyways finally managed the loo and Weh hey back down to 8st 10 😅.... anyways back to inputting what I am eating !! Today not been great am just about at my limit for calories today and all I want to do is smash a load of triple chocolate cookies with a cuppa in bed tonight 🤣..... then tomoz going for an Indian for valentines day!! So will be eating minimal amounts through the day 🙈... hope everyone doing ok and have an amazing wknd xx

Am glad I did to 😅🤣🤣 it’s just the worst part of taken the pain killers It’s a horrible circle and going round 🙈.... not managed to be gd food related smashing all these god dam triple cookies in !! It’s so hard to follow a balanced diet when you off work and not in a normal routine 😅...

Had my Achilles injury now for over a yr but last 2 months the pain has been through the roof. Not with the initial injury but the knock on affect to other joints with walking on my tip toes since dec 2018 🙈. Looking at getting back to work next wk so get back into some kinda food/work routine. Can’t do any physical training as of yet. Itching to get oot on my motorbike also... lol sweet craving just crumbled had a dirty hot choc and whipped cream hahaha god so bloody hard to be gd hahaha !!

Well I have a cb500 which was my late husbands race bike... however am ready to part with that bike now and get on a zx6 😜... did have a vfr400 also but don’t have that anymore !! Looking at also getting a pit bike for cheap fun. Will get a blast on my fellas zx6 after the race season is done as he will be getting a new bike. God missed race season role on end March for it to start wooo

Late husband raced in thundersport he died in 2014 at donington ! No am not racing my new partner he is in the pre nats 600 at thundersport ! Woooo just love race wknds the whole thing bbq’s few beers gd racing and a cracking laugh !! Hate winter lol !!

It won’t be dirty hot choc at the track dirty gins and mucky beer Weh heyyyyyy !!! Lol it’s ok it’s part and parcel of racing it will be 6 yrs in April happened at donington !! His name was Ian Allkins ! He always said he be happy guy if that’s how he went. Gotta love the highs and lows of the sport !!

I looked him up after. I didn’t get involved in racing till 2015. Glad you kept his bike and stated in the scene ❤️

So you race yourself ? A couldn’t leave the scene it’s like part of my life that I just love so much ! The racing paddock like a family ! My kids love it also !!

Yes. I raced endurance with No Limits then did Sprints with North Glous and also Bemsee 😁
