After sitting in a car for 4+ hours then standing for over an hour watching my daughter in her last archery tournament, my back and hips were cramping up. Laid down for a second at home before rushing off to the gym.

Needless to say it was a bad workout lol. I did a bit more on the ab buster, cable crunches and managed two pull-ups at the end.

Also did standing calves today after taking a couple months off. Did 200# whereas I was doing 210. BUT I had to go down to 40# in curls (knocked out 3x10 though instead of 3x6-8) and couldn’t budge 195# deads lol. Went to 155 and still struggled with that. Oh well. Next workout will be better.

Can’t wait to stretch out and hope these muscles unknot while I sleep. Driving in OKC with rain, wrecks and 80 mph traffic has me so tense even 3 hours later!
