Frankie I think you are doing great after all you have been though, you are a star, always here to listen.  

You've done amazing over the last 18 months, your an inspiration to the rest of us, if anyone can do this it's you. 

Paul, I didn't think you were saying I don't exercise lol, I was just responding in general. And I really appreciate the info, I've never tried low carb before (can't wait to eat eggs again!) so I'll need all the help I can get. Chestnut, your support and sense of humour is so appreciated! Petdog thank you so much! Words like that are what keep me going when I have bad days and start to feel like I haven't made any difference to myself

Frankie a wise man once asked me why do you use FS, 1st thing I told him why ask me "I am just fool who intentions are good" . But I did say all the ladies on FS are wonderful and beautiful, before I get accused of being sexist the men are great too. I keep looking up at night to admire that star that is shinning above your house! 

you can buy Edamame pasta in asda. I also use it instead of noodles with a stirfry. I'm following the eight week blood sugar diet. it worked for me two years ago... 

Hi frankie, you will get where you need to be, the truth is no one has all the answers it’s all based on personal experience’s and trial and error it doesn’t matter if we are the greatest athlete ever everyone has there own issues With there body but fact is it’s the greatest instrument you will ever own and with all the technology in the world nothing will top we just need to learn how to drive in the direction you want it too.
