I cannot believe I did not lose control with food during these past 3 days of birthday celebration. I stayed within my allowed calories too. I even only had 3 slivers of my birthday cake. I have reflected on turning 31 and I just could not stop smiling today especially. I feel like where I was healthwise a year ago was a hot mess. Today, im a much healthier person overall. Im really proud of myself. I feel really positive about the next year of my life. :)
