Ready for the weekend and of course the SuperBowl!! I probably need to lose a few ounces prior the CHIEFS Party 🎉!!!
Definitely stabilized the food intake this week, but the Travel Time did help!! I was so busy we didn’t have any breaks and my 10AM & 2PM snack time were overlooked.
We were Tested today at the Gym on a one (1) mile Run 🏃. Last time I was tested has to go back 10+ years. I finished at 8:42. Of course, I ceased breathing about halfway thru!! 🤢🤮

I love Andy Reid. He so deserves to win a ring! Breathing is over-rated..lol I'm not sure I could run a mile even if a mass killer were chasing. Great job!
