When I’m on my period I just eat what I want because the pain is bad enough. Then after few days back to eating healthy. X

Oh, do you have PCOS same as me? There are sweet things out there that won't totally ruin your diet in terms of calories and the like. Skinny Whip or Bliss bars are my go to. Absolute life savers  

Frankie, Skinny Whip and bliss bars I’m going to have to give them a try and see if they help me stay on track. My downfall is anything sweet if I have a little my body wants more.... 🤔😂 

I get mine from Home Bargains, they're around £1 a box and roughly 100 calories for each bar. Different flavours in each too, strawberry, chocolate, salted caramel, toffee....

Yes Frankie, I suffer from PCOS, sucks doesn't it :(  

Last time I had a period I was 18, they would go on for 2 weeks at a time, now they're becoming regular and only for 7 days 🎉 I'm 26 now. 

I was perfectly happy not having a period for over two years at time. And then my GP decided to tell me I'm nearing the age where the NHS won't cover fertility treatments. So now I'm struggling against my entire body to lose enough weight to qualify for fertility treatments before I'm too old ☹️ 

☹️ that's sad, I was also glad not having periods for such a long time lol I felt like a little kid again before puberty. I'm so thankful for this app where we can all share our pain and struggles of being a woman x
