🎊Happy New Lunar Year!🧧 Happy Spring Festival to those who celebrate it! 🎆It does feel like a great day to start 2020, with warmer temps & sunshine.☀️I was so excited for 2020 start and then fell into a bit of a funk. Was crazy cold here (Calgary, Alberta) 🥶 and I had zero energy for anything. This week, dealing with bad (health) news about a family member, which really, is just a reminder to take good care of my own health. I resisted all week to not overeat but last night, had a bit of a carb fest with lotsa fibre LOL. Not the worst; scale up today, of course, but I actually feel on track! Had to shake myself awake to my 2020 plans. I hope everyone is doing well and let's get moving forward!!!!🏃‍

I will bring back my Motivational Mondays! I didn't feel very motivated this month; I do today! Wooohooo🙌
16 weeks till May long weekend; this is best time to get ready for summer fun!!! 🌷
