Hello, ALL! I'm sort of new here. I've ducked in and out over the past few years, but never really committed or communicated on here. That changes TODAY! I'VE GAINED OVER 100 POUNDS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS!!! 😫
I feel TERRIBLE! All of the weight is really taking a toll on my physical, mental, and emotional well being. Anywhooo... Hope ALL of you are having a LOVEly day!!! 💜

Welcome back! I rejoined, too. I never posted, but am starting to more and more so I can feel the "community love"! 😀 Just keep pushing, and acknowledge all of the small things - it'll encourage you. That's what I do! Good luck!
