Ok, I love love LOVE the air fryer :D Steamed shrimp for tonight's dinner with air fried sweet potato fries. After cutting the sweet potato, I added a few splashes of malt vinegar and Mrs. Dash's garlic & herb seasoning - let them sit for a few minutes. Sprinkled with parm cheese when plated.

Looks great. I've not had success with crisp sweet potato fries from the air fryer, if I leave them in too long they'll start to burn before they really get crispy. However they are delicious.

@schmetterlinge They did! @jmb I was afraid these would be mushy because I usually like my fries cut a little thicker. Some suggestions online stated to cut them a little more narrow, make sure they are dry and spread them apart so no overlapping. They were perfect.

After I introduced the malt vinegar and spices, I spray a little olive oil cooking spray. Maybe that was the trick for crispness?
