Thank you girls! Guess it is just a good time for soup! I've made a variation on this soup with different veggies and different meat but the same curry paste and garbonzo beans as the focal ingredients several times this month. Our "kids" from Africa have said over and over it tastes like some food they know and love from home, which is really crazy fun since I have no recipe and the curry paste is Thai! 😊❤️ 

Mmmm. I use a lot of ChickPea, great source of plant protein

Yummy!! I rarely ever have chick peas. I need to add them to my grocery list. I made homemade soup for dinner too but it was turkey with lots of veggies 🙂 

It was turkey soup for us today! I buy four or five turkeys when they are super cheap for Thanksgiving, and we eat a LOT of turkey. Soup is so grand! Do get some chick peas! A wonderful addition to your list! 😁
