i started eating primal/paleo in january 19 . i have hit my target weight and indulged a little this Christmas . i found this app in june 19 and its really helped me shift a fre more kilos. ive gone from a size 18/20 to a 12/14. Total loss 4stone 5lb .

Thanks guys I'm just so happy now that my boobs are bigger than my belly now🤣🤣. I've always struggled with my weight n dieting but eating clean and counting calories has turned my life around.... plus I've given up alcohol. Only drank it 5 times last year. I would of usually drank more than that in a couple of weeks !!

To bubblegum yes I did at first as I drank every weekend. God the sugar cravings were bad and i replaced wine with chocolate! Did this for about a month then i was fine . The best decision i made was to stop drinking x

Yes I think drinking is a killer. Even once a week I am tempted to binge. Must stop!
