January 4th, 2019, I resolved to change my life. I feared I would fail, but with the help of my family and the people here I met my goals! My fitness, health, and weight have all become the best since I was first married 26 years ago. How thankful I am that I did not give up! I feel so hopeful and happy! If I had recorded my weight yesterday, my blue line would be back! However, we had ham for dinner last night, which means my weight went back up from the salt. Grrr! But, I have three holiday pounds to get back down to goal; I am not 45 pounds overweight anymore! If you have just started this journey for the first time or are working on your goals again, you can succeed!!!!! PS My daughter, who does graphic design, quickly made up this little image from my photo. I thought it was fun and different! Thank you, Girl!

I am so happy for you! 💕 Before I met you in person, I knew you were a sweetheart. After meeting you and spending what I describe as one of the most relaxing, connecting and meaningful afternoons getting to know you, I came away with the knowledge of what an amazingly kind and wise and strong woman you are.

Very nice. I have xMas pounds to lose, as well. A year of healthy work and habits is the best insurance we will lose those .. Good habits are as hard to break as bad ones.

You live so darn far away. It simply isn't fair to meet such a beautiful soul with such a kindred spirit and then off she leaves to go a million miles away... I am so very grateful for you!!
