Birthday TREATS!! 🎂🎉 

Tried my best for my birthday but couldn’t do it. Decided 2000-3000 was my goal. Sonic for lunch, BBQ place for dinner, jerky for breakfast, hot tamales off and on plus my shake and snickers I’m going to eat now. Looking about 1800. Burn will be 1750. Can’t beat that! I’ve been satisfied all day too! Even with eating lunch at 10:30 lol. Hubby’s an early eater and I’m a late eater. I prefer a 1-3pm lunch going back to my working days before staying home with the kids. My lunch was always 1-2 or 2-3. Could I have eaten more? Yes. But I really figured dinner and lunch would be higher than they were. 

Every day treats if I’m honest lol. Tamales only until they are gone. Have 1 full box and about half a box left. Shake is a nightly thing. Snickers is 4-6 nights a week. IF I can fit it in my calories for the day or if I just really want it.  

Dang woman, you burn those calories! Impressive. I love snickers too. Any combo with chocolate, caramel, peanuts/peanut butter, I’m in. I have 3 little people as well 😀

Adultosaur, only on gym days! Yesterday was a trip to the city for an appointment then a Christmas party so I had some walking. Then the gym for a shorter than usual workout. If we’d have let going it would’ve been 1900.
