I'm on vacation now, visiting my parents in Utah. It's always hard to eat well on vacation, but being with my folks is pretty good. They are not known for their super healthy eating, but they are actually the folks who got me into the SB diet over a year ago. So, they are totally respectful of my food choices and they also are impressed that I've kept the 40 pounds off. That's always a nice thing to hear. :)

Did ok on food today and had a good bit of exercise, which is great. I walked about 30 mins (most of that carrying a 3 yr old on my back) and then swam laps in a pool later in the day. All in all, I'd say it was a good day. I don't have my scale here to weigh in, so I won't post a weight until I get back on Sat. or so. But, so far it seems to be going well!
