i know the feeling...i gained weigth wen i startd workin .....u ll loose it eventually we r all here 2 help  

I hope I can get help. I find myself being so motivated and then I give in and hate myself even more! At this point I'm so unhealthy being so fat I don't even care what I have to do to get to my dream weight! My life would be so wonderful if I could get on a scale and see '134' 

and u will jst take it one day at a time and give ur self some time. i gained 14 kgs (31 pounds) after i joined work .....and before college i was 90 kgs and came down to 58 kgs and here i am now ......it jst takes time ...and patienece
