One thin chicken cutlet... seasoned and fried, one cup of rice and beans with 🐙and Vienna sausages and 3 one half slice of tomato marinated in balsamic.  

And 2 olives.... it’s been a day

I was really worried about making this. It has been so long. I already had pulled the cutlets over from the freezer. Thankful the way today panned out. I was feeling up to make this again after so long. Lexie’s grandma and great grandma on her biological male (father) side taught me how to cook boricua style the first day he introduced me to his family before I got pregnant with her. They extra taught me after I was pregnant. Sometimes good cooking and a family isn’t enough and I’m thankful that even when was so young, to have walked away with her and never looked back. I took a tad of good genes from him and some cooking and a beautiful baby girl❤️❤️💜💚
