Warning Pity party ahead.
In July I started here with all the right intentions but then life got a bit stressful and I just couldn't say no to the comforts that bread and cheese bring me.
I gained 5kgs since July I had the stress of finding a new place to live a car and still dealing with my husband working overseas.
My biggest downfall is I eat when I feel lonely I eat when I'm bored I eat when I'm stressed I just eat and eat.
My husband came home for a short holiday in October and I hadn't realised how much weight I had put on until he had taken me clothes shopping as a treat and I didn't fit into my normal size and then when I looked at the pictures that we had taken while he was home it was a shock to see how my middle had expanded.
So here I go again I have set the goal for me to eat under 1900 calories a day and absolutely no more snacking.
One day at a time is the only way forward

Try to have a glass or two of water if you feel like eating. Makes you feel full.

I work from home and I used to also eat for boredom. Now I try to drink water, black coffee to just keep my mouth busy or eat something crunchy like a carrot. I find it helpful to find things to do when I feel like it. I also tell myself you are not hungry, you don't want to eat. I also don't buy unhealthy stuff so at least if I must eat, it's go nutritional value 😝

Bia I keep a 750ml water bottle with me at all times and I refill it all the time, you are right it does help thank you everyone for the tips and support
