How many of those were people asking for extra ranch dressing? Sorry - I follow a blog from a waiter and that's one of their constant server issues. That is one event, that is fantastic.

It has never been an issue for me FullaBella. I keep a positive attitude for the most part and focus on making the events as pleasant and seamless as possible. I help decorate and plate the tables I solve issues for my managers, clean silverware, sweep floors. Sometimes when there is nothing to do I help the dishwashers and bar tenders with spills and accidents. I mainly serve the food and set up events. Replacing ranch is one of the many facets that a banquet server needs to understand seek other work. I love satisfying people and working under heavy pressure with high demands and satisfying everyone all at once.  

Wow, no wonder you're feeling tired! If I were you, if invest in a better pedometer. Good for you for doing work that you love, that's so important. 💛💚💜
