I'm very upset about weight. I weighed the same as last week but I kept calories down to under 1000 during the week . i drank my water and did alot of yard work every day. I raked and cut limbs and carried pile after pile to street . i don't know what else to do to lose . i guess I'm going to have to cut calories back down to less than 700 during the week. I know I splurge during the weekend but try to keep it down. I weighed 105.2 last Sat so I've actually gained. My Sat night was bad I know but after that I've kept calories lower. Any suggestions would be appreciated .

i meant 28 inches off my hips. I was 56 inches which meant I was as big around as i was tall and on 4'8" that was huge .

We recommend that you try the same training menu with a lighter load on the training menu that an ideal body shape person performs. I'm writing using Google Translate, so sorry if my comment doesn't make sense.

Wow! Lost over 80 pounds! What an accomplishment! If you are 4'8" it would seem 100 pounds is a realistic goal. But if you are 105, it might be hard to lose those last 5 or so pounds because it takes less calories to maintain such a low weight. I wouldn't over eat by 500 or so calories on the weekend until you take off the last few pounds you want. I would think you could lose on 1000-1200 calories a day, maybe try eating more plant based foods and reduce processed foods. I lost 16 pounds in one month by stir frying lots of vegetables with either chicken or fish and didn't eat any bread, cereal, pasta during that month. But what a good job in losing so much weight!

My younger sister was 4'10" and she weighed 85 pounds when she was healthy, and she was not underweight. Bone structure plays a role in ideal weight for your height.

This may have been said already but have you thought about a diet reset/break? I stopped losing and then slowly added in calories again. Went from about 1200-1400 to 1400-1600 over 2-4 weeks. Then I dropped back down to 1200 and started losing again. Just an idea :).

@peeperjj I may need to try that and see if it helps. if I start gaining I can always cut again
