Praying that I lose some ounces this month. I was so bad in September, kept going over my calories. I told myself to make these last 3 months count! To hopefully get down 10 more lbs so I can be close to 200. Been loving the compliments though from the family, I guess they have been waiting to see if I get fat again lol. I saw one family member who had lost a ton of weight before, but unfortunately regained it back. It's like my daddy always said, "Anyone can lose weight, it's maintaining it that is the real challenge." Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Thank you Tatauu22! Yes Rosio, I gave up telling my daddy when I lose weight cuz he wants to see me lose AND keep it off, so I'd rather just SHOW him. :) Amen Adultosaur!

Thank you DP, Bella, 21inchwaist & Jcmama, I will definitely have to hold myself to it with all of your support. And Velvetee, its just that sometimes women like to tear each other down. Say for instance, some women, get intimidated when they see beautiful women. Then instantly call out their flaws. Versus women such as myself, when I see a beautiful woman, I tell her. I know us women are already so hard on ourselves, so it's nice to pay each other compliments.
