3 sets • 15x KB Goblet Squats • 25x RB Hammie Pulls, with AB (made it even more challenging!!!!!) • 100x Bridge Thrusts, hold 2secs
Finish: Assault Bike 10 minutes, with 100x push-ups & 120x Sit-up twists
