another funeral last night.but in the middle of all the tears and sermon a 2 week old baby farted and everyone busted up.it was great.jeff would have loved it.

ate mostly good yesterday.still having a small issue with evening snacking.exercised and planning on doing it again after breakfast.

its still cold in ohio but at least the sun is shining.my sis in tn. called at 5:30 am. accidentally(meant to call someone else)it was good to hear from her.havent heard from her since dads funeral in november.she said it was 26 degrees.
