Today I ate really well meal-wise but drank “a lot” of sugar...and snuck 2 pieces of After 8 while cleaning and didn’t workout. So I’ll be going to bed feeling guilty. I’m also incredibly tired so there’s that. Tomorrow will be a green tea & oolong cleanse.... also cba to weigh myself anymore, whereas I used to wake up and jump on the scale everyday. Has anyone else found this happen to them? xx

Definitely have weaker moments where food goes a little off the usual diet, tend to hesitantly step on scales rather than want to after that, but outcome tends to be worse when I've had a really strict week, which bugs me more.

Mmm, there’s definitely something in having a v strict week then weakening the one after! I think more balance is needed 🙂 maybe a spa day, lol...

We went out last night for a meal. I stuck to my low carbs though swapping out potatoes for courgette fries and even indulged in a chocolate brownie which was soooo lush. I dreaded getting on the scales this morning and was expecting the worst. To my complete surprise I hadn't gained an ounce. For me that was as good as a loss. To sum up this life is for living so having a little cheat now and again is all part of it, just don't do it every day.

I hate my scales. I weigh twice a week, and they always lie.. I've had stomach flu these past 10 days, barely eaten because I end up on the loo for ages, and it says I've gained 1.2 kg... :o fml.
