Following, I wondered the same... I just use an ole pressure cooker for my instant meals. haha... but I'm curious to see also what others say.  

OK, friend, I love and use mine a couple times a week on average. Worth the money for me, but I cook a lot and have a big family. All depends of if you think you will get the use out of the contraption! 😁  

Got mine as a gift and was terrified to use it at first, so I read everything I could. You can make so much with it and it is fast and easy. I've made chicken, whole turkey breast, Gruyere mac and cheese, it is my go to for making pasta, rice/quinoa, and I save veggie castoffs and chicken carcass/bones and make homemade broth. Have also made stock. A couple of months ago I got over the fear of the saute' function, so I saute onions or brown ground meat/chicken before making pasta or some other dish. It is a good investment. That said, if you like crispy skin or a sear...you are better placing whatever meat under the broiler of your oven very briefly after cooking. The instant pot wouldn't give crispy chicken skin, etc. Good luck!!!! 

Forgot! Lemon juice in the bottom and then set a salmon steak on the trivet rack. Awesome salmon with the lemon infused. 

I live alone and I have an 8 quart Instant Pot Ultra, which I use quite often, for everything from boiled eggs (actually steamed, perfect and so easy to peel) to baby back ribs, which I finish under the broiler (moist, fall-off-the-bone tender and on the table in less than an hour). Keep in mind that you cannot fill the pot to the top, so an 8 quart makes a max of about 6 quarts of soup. I also make fabulous yogurt. I heard the foodi ninja does everything an instant pot does + air fry 

I don’t have one but have been debating the issue. It is hard to make complex meals when I am in and out during the day going to school. I also cannot find my favorite brands of yogurt, seems like they are not being sold in SoCal any longer. Good to see some feedback here. 

i love mine! i got it during the amazon prime day promo for $49. i don't use it all the time, but probably once a week or once every two weeks. it replaced my rice cooker and i can use it to steam veggies.

Love my instapot!! Also the air fryer... I barely use my stove anymore 👍🏼 

Love my instapot. Wait for it to go on sale. You can make so many things in it. I also have an air fryer and now I don't even use my oven except for turkeys.  

I have had a Nesco pressure cooker for about 10 years and used it once. Then my side by side fridge took a dump and I had boneless skinless chicken and liver thawing out. I hate cooking meat in a slow cooker or crockpot cuz it gets dry, (over cooked??) so used the pressure cooker and put about 3 lbs in it, added broth and set it for 7minutes. Cooked to perfection!!! To the liver I added bacon and onions.. Wow! First time.. I'm hooked. I got some keto instant pot cook books from the library that have some great looking recipes. (I get cook books from the library before buying.. No surprises that way) 

Moopie.. I just checked out the foodi ninja.. costs just under $300.  

Well worth the money, very versatile, use mine often. 

If you want an all in one, there is a newer product called Mealthy. It's an air fryer lid that fits on an instapot. It's about 60 dollars. It fits the 6 and 8 quart ones.  

LOVE my IP's!!! Use them daily, even if its just for baked potatoes or corn on the cob. Makes my life so much easier.
