My very swollen joints, pain, redness. 

You can lessen inflammation day to day with turmeric and healthy eating maybe but a for real flare does not care how much weight you lose. 

My heart and back are with you🙋 

This is just a small listing of autoimmune diseases as there are many. Sjögren Syndrome, Alopecia Araeta, Diabetes Type 1, you can lower an A1C in Type II diabetes(you can’t cure it) Rheumatoid Arthitis, Lupus...etc It’s a terrible thing to put out misinformation and non-truths in the name of a WOE. Get medical information from a healthcare professional.

This is my real world life. Those are my swollen joints, crooked fingers and there is no picture of pain. It’s insulting to those of us with autoimmune disease who see physicians to see oh it’s ok I am cured from my woe🤦🏻‍♀️🤔 yea, no they are not. These are serious medical conditions. Don’t believe everything you see. Some people will say anything for attention and that’s sad.  

Hugs, unfortunately I know the pain and struggles of living with RA and also Osteoarthritis, and gout as I have all of those. I had juvenile arthritis growing up. I'm having a flare up today, my right ankle hurts so bad can barely move it. Don't know which one is causing it though. I'm 31 and my fingers are beginning to knot and twist. WOE does not help me with this, avoiding some foods do help with my gout but the others no.  

Angel thank you and hugs back to you😔💕 it’s awful, doesn’t define us, but it’s very real. Day 2, I couldn’t talk to anyone, let alone my family 😔 I hurt so bad I was nauseous and then vomiting followed. I had such guilt because it was easier to push letters on my phone to start journaling my flares than hold a conversation with my husband and kids. . I’m so sorry yours started early like Rae’s niece😔 I couldn’t imagine. I thought, because my mind goes straight to cancer, ( my daddy died of cancer at 54 years old and it runs in the family) that I had cancer between the Fibromyalgia and RA flares that put me in bed.

Does this happen to your big toe? I've had this happen a few times recently to the point where I was limping. 

Yes but it’s typically both sides.

It broke today thank God. It’s just apart of me. I had my 3rd appointment last week and decided it’s easier to track it here instead of trying to remember all the time. I mean there is everyday pain but it’s nothing compared to the flares.  

I command thee to feel right as rain by tomorrow! ❤

Skinnyminilinny thank you friend💜💚 I’m good the flare broke. It’s definitely is not fun for us who have these real issues is it my friend😩 Hopefully, this post encourages people to be proactive in their health. If you have pain, or something doesn’t feel right, get checked out by your doctor. It could be nothing, it could be cancer, it could be an autoimmune disease, osteoarthritis, DDD, etc.
