Well it’s been nearly a month since last weigh in. Happy enough with the loss, ish. Feels like more. Just as determined as ever.

MoOoha, cheers mate, I’m more determined than ever, I’ll see how I feel at 100kg then take it from there. Last time I was that weight I was a brick shithouse! Older and none the wiser now so we’ll see in a couple of months. Your doing great.
