I can’t believe how big I was. Steroids and non stop, more than expected life makes it hard. I’m thankful for learning new habits and coping skills.😊❤️💚💜

It’s a normal feeling. One day soon-you’re going to look at yourself and see your progress, even when it’s not pretty and we still have work to do. That happened last week for me. I wasn’t 💣 in the mirror, but I was smaller and actually gave myself positive affirmations.

you are doing great. Also know that dark colors always make us look smaller so that's what I try and wear when I want to look small. I am huge and if I wear anything bright like your first top I look 50 lbs heavier. You look great. That second picture looks very nice
