Things are going pretty good...went to the gym and also played volleyball on Monday and it felt good getting back on board! I didn't go to the gym yesterday but I did play softball last night so that made up for it...a lot of running! I am planning on going to the gym again today. The eating is just natural now, I don't think about it, I just do it. I do not have any issues with that part, so as long as what I am doing is working that is what I will continue to do! I am still shooting for my goal of 5 lbs by the 11th, but if it doesn't happen, I am ok with it. I am very happy with the way I look and how far I have come and as long as I continue to loose a little at a time I will be happy with it! I have decided not to stress about it, because the more I stress the worse it gets!

Awesome attitude - I'm sooo happy that you were able to get back to the gym - it seems to have really helped your spirit. You're right, the more you stress the worse it does get and I bet you do look great the way you are right now. Keep it up girl - you're doing great!!!
