Baked chicken casserole. It was just three of us tonight, and this is what one son requested! The other, who "conveniently" had to go to the skate park with a friend just when supper was ready, grabbed cheese sticks instead!! NOT his favorite meal for sure. That is ok. I'm happy with leftovers, so I don't have to cook tomorrow!

Cooking party at my house works for me! 5 burners on a brand new gas stove plus a brand new oven and convection oven. Haven't used either of the ovens other than to try to make a baked potato. I'll provide the cream of mushroom soup and all the casserole dishes.
