food day. Woke up LATE. Hubby was cleaning kitchen so despite being hungry... who was I to stop him?

Grabbed a handful of deli smoked turkey... ? 300 cals? prolly.

Made stuffed green peppers. Shoulda had half, but somehow I managed the whole thing. I probably got in 350+ cals, I have a great recipe, I was a wee off the mark on fat because I tossed in a lotta cheese.

Great way to get rid of extra rice, which I don't eat often. Have more leftover rice so will make a perfect protein tomorrow... rice, beans, cheese, salsa.

Ah, love them too... he said... too much... green pepper. um. I said, in stuffed green peppers? he said, yep, but I just cut out what I didn't want LOLOL Since none of my recipes have been okay'ed yet, this is where I also post recipes.
