I have to face the fact that I am probably an alcoholic. I cannot stop drinking the wine and it screws me up. I have tried privately to stop and I just cannot. My husband tries to control it but he can't. My medical coverage does not cover addictions or mental health. Sorry for being such a downer on a Monday Morning.

I am not saying this to be mean or unsupportive: but you must first decide to change. Once you have done that, don't let others bring wine into your house. (My Dad was a beer-drinking alcoholic, I watched my Mom bring home beer every week from the store.)
