Wow, I guess I really don’t feel good. I better have a nice loss after this. I really get upset having to take steroids, but I started them Monday from what I had in the house and, so far not ravenous eating or swelling.

Wasn’t hungry, but added an Atkins caramel double crunch bar right now, to up protein and calories, especially being wired on prednisone and still up instead of sleeping hoping to keep my metabolism running with calories so low. I didn’t crave it and sadly didn’t enjoy it, just trying something new. So afraid the steroids will kick in on a level beyond being necessary for my lungs. I just want to wake up tomorrow after eventually falling asleep and drink my spicy coffee and not feel like my stomach is eating my back.

I remembered Chris posting ,
waking up in the middle of the night to eat protein so he wouldn’t delete muscle mass he earned at the gym. I thought well, I'm not even asleep yet😩😂 my heart is pounding because lungs are shot and I’m wide awake ( thanks prednisone 😫) i figured, hey try it. It makes sense to me. Omg I feel like I drank 2 full pots of coffee ☕️. I can hear my heart beat and blood rushing through my ears and I just want to sleep.

I have always hated taking Prednisone. It makes me ravenous and bitchy—but it works, and that’s the important part. Here’s praying for a quick recovery, dear. 🥺🙏🏻🥺

Thanks Anona💕 Laraae 💕, ugh I know. I was up all night. I’m dreading the prednisone cray cray😩😂 it makes me fat, sweaty and crazy and makes me feel like my legs got beat my a sledge hammer 🔨 Kathy Bates style...... Misery.
