Most of our micro nutrition, ie vitamins minerals, come from fruits and vegetable. There are even a couple micronutrients that the only place we get them is from potatoes. Nutrition is such an interesting subject. It’s a wonder that many people are even alive. . When I look at food diaries there is sometimes very little recorded that the body needs to do its job. It’s a mystery to me.

@kenna I’m curious to hear your response to Diablo’s questions too. @jamie I love onions on everything too! The other day I caught my husband snacking on onion slices dipped in Carolina bbq sauce, I thought he was crazy, but then I tried a bite....delicious!! 😂

I think that a person with average weight can pretty well eat what they want until they are in their 50's or 60's.

Diablo— great question . I will put something up on my page so as not to hijack jaimiejay’s page but the short answer is that a good quality multivitamin is probably good for us all but a pill does not replace the benefits of nutrients from real food.

You can't see it, but there's a onion slice that is roughly an inch thick in that sandwich! Im eating garlic and probiotic yogurt now too! There is a ton of benefits in the 3 of those things! O tried multivitamins and I got constipated. Maybe it was the food. I wasn't tracking food back then but Im up for trying again. Does anyone know how to make a 3 meal course that covers all the daily nutrients and macro nutrients we need daily? If so please post it here. Thats what I want to know. Is that even possible without going over a 2000 calorie diet?! Lol!!!
