I decided to take the weekend off. I treated myself to popcorn at a movie, pasta and bread at dinner, even a couple of bites of a completely decadent dessert. But today, I am back to my logging every bite. I got a little creative with activity over the weekend.. Played a little paddle ball on the front lawn with the hubby... Sat evening we played darts at home and listened to music... and I danced around a bit. My arms are sore from darts now! Looking forward to the gym after work. Gonna shoot for 3 days this week.
